On June 11, 2019 we had a 50's party for the residents and transformed the dining room into a 50's diner. Dina Reynolds, a resident at Turner Duvall, made poodle skirts for all the ladies who wanted them. Everyone was so stylish and loved their skirt. Dina was called away and did not get to attend the party, but she was so happy everyone had a 50s skirt to wear. It took a lot of preparation, but was worth it to see the joy and laughter of the
residents. What a wonderful way to give back to others in her own community.​
