Aldersgate, Flowers Manor, Martha Coker, and Wesley Manor have been named as Holleran Choice Community Award Winners for their exceptional Employee Engagement Survey results. Only fourteen organizations out of 750 of Holleran's clients received this distinction!

Holleran created this designation to emphasize the value of being a Choice Community. Holleran recognizes communities for their excellence in Employee Engagement and Resident Engagement. These communities boast strong cultures of employee and resident engagement where employees feel their workplaces honor them, and residents feel they are supported in their successful aging. These four MSS campuses have exceeded Holleran Engagement Benchmark scores for employee engagement within the past six months.
