The Green House® Home provides memory care for residents experiencing the symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia in a truly unique and supportive environment. Life revolves around the Elders who live there. Elders control their own level of social engagement by closing their door for privacy, opening it to observe activities in the Hearth, or to join the group and engage in various activities of life.

Wesley Meadows features 100 apartments designed interchangeably to accommodate both Independent Living and Assisted Living needs. Residents personalize their apartments with their own furnishings, creating a home that is uniquely theirs.
Assisted Living Services can be delivered right to each resident’s door in any apartment on our campus without relocating within the building. Affordable options include a studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
The Apartments include a kitchen, stove, refrigerator, private bathroom, central heat and air units, private mailbox with a key and on-site laundry facilities. Lower-level apartments have personal patio/garden areas.
Wesley Meadows has two, multi-level buildings complete with cozy common areas, a beautiful dining hall, a multi-use fellowship hall, and a central courtyard with a gazebo.
In addition to The Apartments, Wesley Meadows also offers a dedicated wing where spaces are intimate, and assistance readily available. The Assisted Living neighborhood is ideal for residents seeking personalized care while maintaining their independence.

The Green House® Home, Memory Support Assisted Living, known as The Maddox House at Wesley Meadows, is unlike any other offered in North Mississippi. For Elders living with forgetfulness, the concept nurtures an environment in which individual needs are met because each person is deeply known and valued as creative, resourceful, and unique.
Methodist Senior Services pioneered the concept and its innovative approach with a family-like atmosphere designed to make Elders feel at home. The Green House Home provides an intimate environment for 10 residents, featuring private rooms and baths, all centered around a hearth area and an open-concept kitchen.
Bridge to Better is our commitment to promoting wellness and supporting recovery in the event of an illness or injury. Wesley Meadows offers on-site Physical and Occupational Therapy conveniently situated on campus. With our valued partner, Vertis Therapy, Elders can navigate the journey to improved well-being without leaving campus.
