Our comfort, convenience and affordability make the Apartments at Traceway Manor/Villas an appealing option. Featuring a studio, one- and two-bedroom options, Elders can find a home that suits their needs. Some apartments qualify for income-based assistance as well.
The Mitchell Center offers assisted living for older adults who need a little help maintaining their daily routine. Elders furnish and live in private studio apartments.

Traceway is home to America’s first Green House® Homes. The innovative Green House® concept has been causing professionals across the world to completely rethink and revamp the “institutional approach” that has long been the standard in Elder care.
For 20 years, industry experts have visited Tupelo to witness first-hand the best way to provide long-term care. Named “Green Houses®” because they encompass life and growth, each house has either 10 or 12 private bedrooms encircling the ‘hearth,’ complete with a fireplace and dining table where Elders share their meals family-style.
The Green Houses® at Traceway help Elders live as closely as possible to how they lived in their family homes. Total care is provided for the Elders and the three most prevalent plagues of aging – loneliness, helplessness, and boredom – are virtually eliminated.
Traceway Retirement Community provides various care settings tailored for older adults. The Cedars Bridge to Home Rehab & Recovery Program is available to both Traceway residents and non-residents. When immediate return home after hospitalization isn’t ideal, our short-term rehab is here to assist you in rebuilding your strength.
