Wesley Manor Makes Retirement Affordable and Rewarding

When Deda Mills meets a potential resident at Wesley Manor Retirement Community, she knows one of the first questions will be “How much is the rent?” While market rent rates are straightforward, rates for the 40 subsidized apartments at the 100-unit facility are a little more challenging to communicate. Eligibility depends on gross annual income and annual out-of-pocket expenses, among other factors.
