Welcome to Riggs Manor!

The Riggs Manor campus of Methodist Senior Services is a fifty acre pastoral setting located near the historic town of Raymond, Mississippi. Here you can enjoy the environment and peace of mind only a small town can offer.  Our campus boasts walking trails which meander around the grounds, near a small lake and through wooded areas. Yet, residents are only minutes away from Jackson, the state capital, with all the advantages of a large city, including state-of-the art medical facilities.

Riggs Manor offers Cottage Living (also called Garden Homes), 78 apartments, 26 assisted living apartments, as well as the nation’s first Assisted Living Green House® Homes. Residents enjoy a variety of activities for mental, physical and spiritual enhancement. Maintenance is handled by onsite staff, and all housing is equipped with an emergency call system. 

We are dedicated to the mission of serving older adults in the spirit of Christian love.  Residents at Riggs Manor experience an environment of caring and warmth, as well as a strong sense of community.
