Cottage Living
Our beautiful cottages are offered through a life use contract. Enjoy retirement without having to worry about routine maintenance or extraordinary repair costs. Experience independence and the not-for-profit difference in a Christian community of senior adults!
Unlike traditional home ownership, a life use fee allows the resident to live in the cottage at a reduced rate and gives residents provides priority if they later need a higher level of care here or at any other Methodist Senior Services campus.

Personal Care
The Personal Care apartments offer a wonderful alternative for maintaining independence and privacy in a warm and enjoyable atmosphere, while receiving the daily assistance you or a loved one may need. As healthcare needs begin to change, it is comforting to know that this level of care offers, on a daily basis, three meals a day, medication monitoring, daily housekeeping and assistance with grooming. Relieved from the added concerns of daily living, you can increase your leisure activities and pleasure. Your dignity and happiness are our primary concerns.
