MSS Wins Velvet Rope Award

Methodist Senior Services won the Velvet Rope Award by achieving all 5 stars in Red Carpet Learning's Milestones for Momentum and achieving its highest honor by stepping over the Velvet Rope. The achievement is awarded to those companies that are both recognized by a verified outside entity for service or employee happiness as well as betteringbottom line results.

Methodist Senior Services put into practice our philosophy, H.E.R.E. T.O. H.E.L.P. This program was developed by Red-Carpet Learning to train Mission Messengers to lead other in fulfilling our commitment to serving older adults in the spirit of Christian love. As a result of this program, and improved employee engagement survey scores, four of Methodist Senior Services's communities were awarded recognition with the Holleran Choice Community Award.


Marsha Hannah from Aldersgate and Teresa Rice from Trinity Place attended the Red Carpet Culture Conference where they received the award from CEO Donna Cutting and the Red Carpet team.
